*Conditions: Important, Read Carefully. Offer valid only for a purchase of Bosch branded Carbide Hole Saws or Bosch branded Carbide Hole Saw Kits at participating retail outlets, from April 1, 2008 to August 31, 2008. Offer limited to a maximum rebate of $15 for a single hole saw cup or $30 for a hole saw kit, per invoice, per household, per calendar month. All holes saws or kits purchased must be on a single invoice or receipt. To receive the $15 or $30 rebate, you must send the following items to the address on the rebate form: this original, fully completed rebate form, the original purchase receipt for Bosch branded Carbide Holes Saws, and the original package UPC. Only an original store receipt and package UPC will be accepted and the receipt and UPC may not be photocopies or reproductions. Purchase must be made in the United States by retail purchasers only. Purchase must be made by August 31, 2008 and this rebate must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2008 or offer is void. Not valid with any other offer. Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail or forms. Please keep photocopies of receipt and package UPC for your records.
